Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every piece you buy from Boujee, but if you need to make an exchange, here’s how we can help:
- All Sales Are Final
We do not offer refunds on any purchases. However, we do allow exchanges under certain conditions. - Exchange Conditions
You can exchange your purchase within 7 days of delivery, provided it is accompanied by the original sales receipt and remains in its original Boujee packaging.
Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and free from any damage. All original tags must remain attached. Please note that used or misused items will not be eligible for an exchange. - How to Exchange
To initiate an exchange, reach out to us at customersupport@boujeewear.com or call us at +92-334-5511597 between 10 AM and 6 PM from Monday to Saturday. Our team will guide you through the process. - Price Adjustments
If the item you purchased goes on sale after your purchase, you will only be eligible to exchange the item at the new, marked-down price. - Damaged Items
For damaged items, you must make a claim within 3 days of delivery. Any claims submitted after this period will not be entertained. All damaged merchandise claims may take up to 3 weeks for processing. - Exclusions
- No exchanges will be processed during sales or promotion periods.
- Products on promotion are not eligible for exchange.
Accessories including jewelry, undergarments, bags, sunglasses, and belts are not exchangeable.
